We are so excited to add this wonderful, second tier beach house to our program! Sea Shells is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in Morgantown and is convenient to everything the community offers. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this home is the ideal vacation destination for your group of up to 14.

Located on a quiet cul de sac, you'll have your choice of two convenient beach access boardwalks; located at either end of this short street. If you choose to enjoy the beach from the house, you'll have fabulous views and an expansive deck with ample seating. If its a pool day, both pools are an easy stroll.

Step inside and the first thing you'll notice is the open and airy two story living room. The coastal decor and the natural light are just what you want in a beach home! The furnishings are attractive and comfortable, ideal for watching TV, hanging out or family game night.

For meal time, you'll find a large dining table as well as additional counter seating and the cooks in the group will love the granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances!

On the first level, there is a queen bedroom and a bunk room with full over full bunks and a full bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath. The second level features two additional bedrooms, a queen room and a king room. Both of these rooms have private en suite baths. A sleeper sofa means there is room for everyone.

Morgantown boasts two community pools, lighted tennis courts and four convenient beach access boardwalks. Seashells is very conveniently located between two boardwalks and just a short stroll from one of the pools.
