Sandpiper is a lovely tier two, pet friendly home in the marvelous Morgantown beach community. The beach access boardwalk is basically at the end of the driveway of this 1 story 5 bedroom, 4 bath home. So you can go from looking at the view to being in the picture in no time at all.

Sandpiper features an open floor plan with a large living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. The 5 bedrooms orbit the living area in this one story home. The King master has a private bath with separate shower and a double sink. There is also balcony access from this room. Two of the other bedrooms have Queen beds and private baths. The 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bath. One has a Queen bed and the other, two Twin beds. In all, Sandpiper will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

If you haven't stayed in Morgantown, you are in for a real treat! This quaint, pastel colored beach community offers 2 swimming pools as well as lighted tennis courts. There are 4 convenient beach access boardwalks, one just across the street from Sandpiper. Morgantown is located on the Fort Morgan peninsula where you'll find some great local restaurants. Sassy Bass, a local favorite is less than a mile away and Tacky Jacks, Coast and Behind the Pines offer tasty options and many restaurants offer live entertainment.
