This house has a huge WOW factor! With spectacular views and just a few steps from the beach, Blue Beach View gives you all the advantages of beach front without the price tag. This new addition to our program has comfortable furnishings and a soothing "beachy bed and breakfast feel" and is sure to become a guest favorite.

Walk up the steps to the spacious front deck and the first thing you'll notice is a swing for those lazy days. Enjoy this spot with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf. Bringing the kiddos? You'll really appreciate that this deck has a convenient gate. Ample seating means that everyone will enjoy watching the surf roll in and gazing at those incredible Alabama sunsets. And you won't want to miss star gazing at night!

The open floor plan is light, bright, airy and inviting and is ideal for your large group or family. With an over-sized dining table and ample counter seating, there is room for all for those times that you decide to dine in. A massive island is the centerpiece of this updated kitchen. Loads of work space and cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances will make cooking and entertaining a pleasure.

There is a charming room with a queen bed on the first level. There is also a fun bunk room with two bunk beds, perfect for siblings, cousins or best friends. One is a full over full and the other a twin over twin so the young ones can all be together. These two bedrooms share a full bath. A screened in porch, complete with a table and 4 chairs, is conveniently located near these bedrooms. You'll love this space for game playing, your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Or maybe as a quiet getaway space to finally finish that book or take a quick cat nap. We've even included a sleep sofa to ensure that there is plenty of room for everyone.

Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms and a third room with two twin beds. The master suite is a light, airy, over-sized room with balcony access. Multiple windows ensure that there is plenty of natural sunlight and views that must be seen to be believed! The second king bedroom also has balcony access and shares a hall bath with the twin/twin bedroom.

If you haven't stayed in Morgantown, you are in for a real treat! This quaint, pastel colored beach community offers 2 swimming pools as well as lighted tennis courts. There are 4 convenient beach access boardwalks, one just a stone's throw away from Blue Beach View. Morgantown is located on the Fort Morgan peninsula where you'll find some great local restaurants. Sassy Bass, a local favorite is less than a mile away and Tacky Jacks, Coast and Behind the Pines offer tasty options and many restaurants offer live entertainment.

Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and Fort Morgan are must see outings for visitors and nearby Kiva Dunes offers world class golf. You'll be away from the crowds but close enough to take advantage of all that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach has to offer.
